What happens after the 14-day pilot?
Your account stays — your lanes and history are saved. You'll need to upgrade to Pro or Heavy to keep generating new briefings and drafts. We'll never auto-charge you.
How do lanes work?
A lane is one origin → destination → commodity combo (e.g., Cedar Rapids → Decatur, corn). Each lane is monitored daily and feeds your briefings, alerts, and draft suggestions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Manage subscription. You'll keep paid access until the end of your current billing period — no early-termination fees.
Is my data secure?
Lanes, contacts, and drafts are scoped to your account with row-level security. We never share data between customers, and we never sell it.
